Get yourself some "sinking rope" for your anchor chain so you don't cause navigation issues in the late fall / spring and tie it off to a tree or similar on shore. The rope is cheap and works great!

I would definitely check whatever keeps your raft afloat to ensure all water is drained out so freezing wont crack or break anything.
Other than that you should be good to go!
