Wow, MV communications - I haven't heard much about them in a number of years. I think they were around when I started an Internet Service Provider business back in 1996 or thereabouts.

Fairpoint would make a better upstream, if they are available because generally there is very high bandwidth to the C/O, and one can order multiple DSL circuits and distribute the load among them. While no single stream could exceed the bandwidth of a single DSL circuit, the total bandwidth will be the sum of all the incoming circuits.
