Woops, I should have read this before I wrote my post above. OK, Fatlazyless, it's not too late to take this impulse buy back to the dealer. Yes, people love their Honda Elements. I would love to own a Honda Element myself (great car for outdoor adventurers), if I could afford one with around 70,000 miles on it. But anyone who has limited cash shouldn't be buying a car with 149,000 miles, because at that point, the repairs are going to start coming at you fast and they're going to be expensive. Just my opinion, and I'm sure there will be rebuttals.

I'm glad you didn't buy the Subaru! The Honda Element is a much better car.
