first my disclaimer.....I will be working at Faro Italian Grille.

The menu has not been updated on Open Table yet. I had the pleasure of sampling most of the menu items yesterday, and the dishes are wonderful.

Only fresh pasta is used, and dishes include Papardelle alla Bolognese, Spaghetti also Scoglio, and Ziti ala Buonguataia. The Bistenna Di Manzo alla Florentini is prepared with a 16 oz Certified Angus sirloin and is outstanding. The menu includes chicken, pork, lamb and seafood dishes, salads, soup and appetizers.

Faro Italian Grille will open Sunday at 4:00pm. If any of the forum members drop in, please say hello!
