The size of the motor does not matter. If it is mechanically powered it must be registered.
It’s not legal if not registered.

I registered my foil-less efoil at Irwin Marina.

Even had electric propulsion checked.

Since they are still uncommon I figured I’m bound to get stopped by the patrol boat.

I have not put the stickers on yet. I plan to put some bright PPF on mine before I put the stickers on.

They do not need bow numbers.
