i cannot help you with a local shop but I will say that the repair process is the way to go.

Two of my wheels on one side got scraped by the guide pipes in an automated car wash. There was a weld that stuck out and the car had low profile tires.

I had someone come to the house in Florida and fix them in the driveway. Two wheels: $150. The results were excellent and the cost of two new wheels was over $2,000. (Mercedes)

Call a couple of local dealers. They make these types of repairs all the time. They will know who you should call.
