As far as what you can and can't do when it comes specifically to docking structure repairs and bank stabilization, the new rules don't change this. The new rules will allow deck or patio construction as an alternative to beach construction for the purpose of accessing the lake. Forms and application requirements are changing significantly. If what you are doing is limited to dock work or bank stabilization I would say there is no benefit in delaying.
