Thank you all for the kind words regarding Oktoberfest. While Hoke and I appreciate the accolades, ALL credit must go to Alijah Murphy (Executive Sous Chef) and Heather Redfield (Wolfe's Tavern Spvr.) as they came up with every idea and food item that we had the pleasure to present to you on Saturday.
We are both extremely proud of them and consider ourselves lucky to have them on our team.
I'd love some thoughts for next year's Oktoberfest. We were kicking around the idea of having The Belle's final voyage be a "Floating" Oktoberfest??? Please feel free to email me any ideas at
