I need to go talk with the two different town clerks and see what's up? Apparently, the state has a list of where you reside or something, and it seems like the NH DMV has taken a long time to process a driver license and I need to get it correct legal before it becomes a problem.
It probably makes no difference that I have owned these two different residences since 1987 and 1992.
A problem can be owning a car and not able to get a NH license plate. Another problem can be voting in an election in the wrong town. One can go along without voting, but it is impossible to go along with a car without a license plate.
