What I mean is there are nothing like construction fencing, signs, vehicles, materials usually seen at a construction site that one would expect to see at an active demolition-construction site of this scale, so it seems like nothing is happening here .... wait & see .... time will tell ....here's hoping it gets going big-time.
Most likely, the docks and patrol boats will remain in use during the demolition-construction that is supposedly scheduled to start on June 15.
