We almost booked that for this summer for the annual family week. Does look like a great place with amazing views. Only real concerns we had were that there is a road that goes between the house and the water which for us was concerning, especially if you have kids (pictures don't show the road). We like to relax by a fire at the water's edge at night and try not to hear traffic. The second part is NO DOGS allowed. So if you want to bring the entire family this specific property will not work.
However, again i stress how unreal the views are and it does have a boathouse (although not sure if they allow you to use it or not).
