Thanks for posting. I'm amazed at the quality of the film and photography, especially the footage taken from another boat. Not what we usually remember from the old 8mm days. And color!!

My family had a 30' CC Express with a factory custom hardtop, delivered new to us in April, 1950. We stored it at Irwin's in Lakeport for many years, so most of those boats are familiar. Lots of footage there of Jim Irwin Sr's boat, the "Take It Easy" a 42' double cabin Flybridge (DCFB). He had the factory skip the lower helm and put in a piano, then they built the rest of the boat.
