Check with your local PD and ask them about average response times and how they handled "unverified" alarms (those that do not have a video clip to confirm it is not a false alarm). Many PDs will not respond to unverified alarms, or will not respond with priority. It varies heavily by city and tends to correlate to funding of the PD and typical workload/coverage, as you might imagine.
