This change, if it is as described, will eliminate the blending of two lanes to one RT3. But traffic on RT25 will now probably be backed up for miles a lot of the time. More incentive to take RT25B in Center Harbor and avoid the Meredith mess. Until there is a real bypass constructed around this terrible intersection, nothing will ever improve.
