I don't know about that.

Las Vegas has a very viable weekend late night club scene, with thousands upon thousands of youngsters flooding into the clubs and paying outrageous sums for bottle service, food, private seating and the like.

The money they spend is carrying the casinos: very servious money.

Sure, some come from overseas, but mose come from southern California.

So there is a lot of disposable income out there, at least out west.
