Consider making NH your primary residence. Get those nice NH Moose plates, probably cheaper car insurance, and no state income tax. Buy your car in NH, register it here, and no sales tax. If you vote like most CT folks, tax and spend, please leave that bad habit in CT.
I just might do that one day, but then, I'd just be ostracized in CT instead. It's not just here where this phenomenon is experienced. It's no different along some of the CT shore line towns when they are invaded by New Yorkers each summer.

I assume I'd need to live here six months plus a day each year in order to make that change???
