Point was incentives are everywhere, from Catholic schools tossing a couple thousand out there to 32 new Condo's @ Bartons going up for 665-775k. Those aren't going to NH people.....
So counting down to September waiting for the out of state plates to go away isn't going to happen - there is an influx coming. You see it right now and think it's just summer folks day-tripping, but it's not....go ask a realtor who's buying these houses  |
