From pictures, this jack has only two wheels at its rear, and none at the front. This arrangement would be OK for raising a lowered car, like a "race car". (As advertised).
It wouldn't take long to find that a car at a
normal height would be dangerous to lift with this jack.
A suitable, 4-wheel, lightweight steel jack can be bought for less than $25—but you still have to
take care when using it.
