A dock, only long enough for 2 average boats or maybe 4 PWC's. And yes, the water can get quite rough in that area with the traffic.
In 21 seasons boating on the lake, I've only been there once by boat because the dock is always full (2 boats tied up), which it was yesterday. I'm not saying it's their fault, just very little dock space. It would be easier to go by car, if I wasn't towing a 25ft boat.
