Laconia has online registration for vehicles already registered. You will get the stickers in 2 or 3 days. For new registration or any city clerk visit, go around 11a or 3p, Mon-Fri. It's usually a ghost town.

As for inspection I call ahead and make an appointment at German Motorsport. They will take the car right away! If asked they will pick up and drop off.
