Default I agree...

... they are my favorite fish to catch and eat. They account well for themselves during the fight and even more so on the plate. My favorite recipe is to fry them. I like to use Egg Beaters, flavored bread crumbs or Panko, and safflower oil. I don't think they need salt and pepper unless you use Panko. I heat the oil 'til a drop of water dances across the surface. Fry for 90 seconds or so per side and "pisces heaven"!
Sauteed, without batter, in EVOO and butter, salt,pepper and fresh minced garlic is a close second. It's got my stomach growling just thinking about it!
