They also just hosted the Timberman race so they had A LOT of people in the area and in the water doing who knows what. It is definitely shallower over there and with the warm weather and the combination of all the people I'm not completely surprised if it got tagged...
Although I don't see it listed on the States site as closed or with a warning? Do you have a link to the article?
