Taylor's on Main St...
in Meredith. I stop there as soon as I arrive and get the most genuine Italian, IMHO, around. Family owned and run for years. No web site. No advertising. Just word-of-mouth among the locals. I'm sure they'll toast an Italian for you.
I'd be curious on other's opinion of Taylor's. I don't see it mentioned much.
