Stainless, so rarely need sharpening—only regular steeling. Best knife for the money anywhere

Are the Forschners forged, full-tang, etc? If yes, please send a link--I see what appear to be value priced Forschners, but I cannot find ones that compete with high end Henckels, Wustof, etc
