My wife and I have stayed at the Lake Motel in Wolfeboro three times: September 2012, January and March 2013. The new section is great. In the old office area, they have a drawing of their planned renovations for the older sections. The new owner is definitely excited about it. If it's the one you're thinking of, it's right behind Morrissey's Front Porch (
