Laconia Daily Sun article
here says "Work on the project will cease for the summer on June 8, ahead of Laconia Motorcycle Week activities, and will resume after Labor Day. Sperry said the road arrows and signs will go back up to resume the old traffic pattern for the summer."
Sperry is the New Hampshire Department of Transportation’s on-site contract administrator, and he should know what is going on.
The article also says about the southbound turn lanes "the final project will retain those lanes", as also indicated on the project map previously referenced.
They are still working this week and next and the rightmost lane will apparently be closed for work some of that time.
