As to erosion, a forum member (thank you) sent me this third shot before the structure collapses altogether through erosion.

This erosion was more likely caused by the Airport redevelopment construction on Wolfeboro Neck a few years ago. This started happening three years ago and at least four houses have needed to rebuild there waterfront.
The EPA is fully involved and permitting has taken a while for permission to rebuild the waterfront and save the home. Never mind how much it is costing the home owners.
