I wouldn't guarantee that, no. But you're talking about a hypothetical single sighting. There are so many people across the state every year saying that they see them and there are hundreds (thousands?) of game cameras and trail cameras in the woods all over the state and yet no conclusive pictures or footage. Bobcats are elusive but they are still seen all the time on game cameras and captured on cell phones.
