By the way, Florida WAS providing Vaccine shots to anyone over 65 (which included tourists and visitors), but NO MORE. That has now stopped.
You have to either live there year 'round, or have seasonal residency and can provide Florida utility bills (mailed to your Florida address) and the Florida deed.
