You don't have to "buy" the response I'm simply trying to help out the general public with the estimate process. Getting estimate has become a complex game it's human nature to seek out the lowest price however I'm simply trying to point out that not always the best option or choice. I have no financial gain in this web site I'm simply trying to help the consumer. Look for good reputations,reviews and word of mouth. My comment about the 5-10 percent was driven from the fact we all pretty much pay the same price for a 2x4. And labor can run 40-50 an hour. Transparency that's the world we live in.
