I’ve had Generac‘s in two homes one here and one in New York which I obtained after Sandy. They are extremely reliable I’ve never had any issues with them and I do get them serviced regularly.
I’ve used power generators in Swanzy NH 800-853-7202 for my servicing here.
I’ve also added the module so they can monitor The generator from their office for any issues
