I might have to switch over Altlantic Broadband's customer service is not good at all.

Last week, I lost phone and internet... cable was fine.
Today, when I receive a call... I can hear them and they can hear me. When I use the redial function, same, I can hear them and they can hear me. When I dial out the ten digits directly, I can hear them but they cannot hear me.

Trying to use the ABB internet chat places you ''on wait'' and no one ever seems to respond. I can't call them because they would not be able to hear me.

Technology, such a disaster.
