A full and interesting article in this morning's Union Leader about the upcoming "Operation Dry Water" patrols.

I wish the folks over at NHMP "good hunting" and hope that if nothing else, high publicity of these upcoming patrols gets some people to think twice about getting behind the helm after drinking.
