Edit: We received a call from the owner or manager of Anthony's this morning and he said after looking at the crust of our returned pizzas he said our complaint was justified and refunded our money. He said the employee overcooked them. So please excuse my above rant, I guess I jumped the gun.

That was very decent of the owner. You had a right to be angry. In a former business my family owned we often had trouble with our help (we could not be there 24/7) so I understand how that goes
