If there is a "hot" topic (ie. "Lobster Pound", summer of 08, and "Boat Sinking", summer 2007) I tend to check it very regularly. Every couple of hours. But never after 8 PM, and never on Friday and Sundays.

I am on the computer for work and for school, I check in at least every couple hours from 5am to around 7pm every day except Sunday, then I take a break and only check in from 8am to 6pm. Now that is excessive!!
