Hate to throw a figure out but you sound desperate to get an idea.
If you just need to transfer the deed, you're probably looking at $100 lawyers fees plus another $100 to the state for the paperwork. If you have a deed that's in dispute, or you need to have it reviewed to ensure there is no dispute, you're talking between $200-$300. If you are purchasing or selling, then plan on spending $500.
