Right ! At least for now .... until we can get more high tech about this whole
offshore swimming thing. Once Homeland Security, working in conjunction with the National Healthcare Office, has put the RFID chip in you (and by "you" I mean all of us) then we can proceed to require RFID readers in all the boats. A proximity alert will sound any time you're too close to an above water swimmer. Of course if you decide not to alter course nor speed then the identity of the victim will already be known and a printout will emerge informing you where to send the flowers to.
