You might want to drop an email to either of the guys on the fly-in guidance memo to find out if the event is still happening. Although the ice is thick enough, as of this Monday past, there was no runway of any kind set up on Jordan Bay. The ice surface is extremely rutted and rough and, in my opinion, not suitable for landing. There is 6-10 inches of snow forecasted for tonight as well. As much as we'd love to see it, I just don't want you guys to make an unnecessary trip.
