Like you said, it's not a hard and fast rule but I can think of one builder who seems to have quite a bit of work (at least you see the signs as you're cruising the lake) but I've heard some not so great things about. I'm sure for the 3-4 people that I've talked to that had negatives there are probably a bunch that had positives, but if I was spending the amount of $ these people have spent, the negatives should be zero.
