The indictment can't help the effect on future premiums; however, a final decision reached four years ago after a series of under-the-radar court appeals might assist in understanding the provisions of your particular policy. Coverage can be excluded depending on
criminal court findings:

In other words, any civil suit decision comes "out of your hide" (and not your insurance policy) if you have the above provision in your policy.
