Presenting this year's Forum Fest Quilt! It is aprox. 54" by 73". It is all cotton, inside and out. I don't even want to think about how long it took to do the hand quilting, but the hand work is what makes this beauty even more special. You'll have to check out the back of the quilt in person to really appreciate the detail (white on white stitching doesn't photograph well).
I chose the red/white/blue colors because this is an important election year and I wanted to convey a feeling of patriotism.
Below is a picture showing the entire quilt, and a second picture showing the detailed hand stitching.
Ok, everyone . . . I've done my part. Let's raise lots of money for our hosts at the Loon Center!!!!
