Angry An "Attractive Nuisance"

What is the "nuisance"? The camera shows trees and water? In what way does this disturb the neighbors?
I wound my way through ice floes one Spring to be the only boat on the Broads that April—and to put myself on "Snake Eyes": still, I remained about ¼-mile off Rattlesnake Island.

On Winnipesaukee, sometimes all it takes is a "For Sale" sign in front of a McMansion to attract dozens of gawkers every day. Once they get an eyeful, their sudden "hole-shots" interfere with the neighbors' water skiing activities.

I can see the need that some boaters will want themselves fully "on camera" to print out at home later or to e-mail the pics to friends.

(Just not understanding that need.)

BTW: US law has restrictions on an "attractive nuisance", which this particular webcam seems to fit.
