RLW has hit the nail right on the head. The small group of forum members who have done pretty much all the work for past ForumFests, while they have not lost interest in attending the event, feel it's time for others to step forward and plan, coordinate and run it. Frankly, we got burned out. The same small group should not be expected to carry the ball every year. As RLW surmised, that's why we haven't been participating in this thread.

Someone needs to volunteer to be "in charge". That person then needs several other volunteers to help plan various parts of the event. Input should be obtained from the members at large concerning date, time, location, raffle prizes, raffle proceeds recipient, etc., but decisions must be made if the event is ever actually going to take place.

What's missing this year is someone willing to be "in charge". Unless someone steps forward and volunteers to serve in that role, there won't be a ForumFest this year.
