I've done Chocorua countless times, and never get tired of the climb. Granted, it's one of the most-climbed peaks in NH (perhaps in all of New England), and hass abundant trails. Most of the routes will take the average person about three hours -- bottom to top. There is some minor rock scrambling and creeping along the way, but nothing serious. I am rather particular to the Piper-Weetamoo route (leaving from Rte. 16). Round trip, assuming an hour spent at the top, would be about six or seven hours. Try for a day with super-low humidity and you'll be blown away by the views.
