Default who was really in the wrong?

Being that you are on a forum and subject to no rules as far as posting the wrong information it could be that the original poster was in the wrong.
I talked with Kevin and he said that the boat driver in question cut across his bow, not the other way around as posted.
Kevin has been boating on this lake and showing folks how to operate boats longer than I've been driving one, I'd tend to believe his version before I believed someone who for all practicale purposes might not even be aware of the rules of the lake.
As for his boat wake I believe the design alone makes for a big wake at any speed, and 150' is a lot closer than a lot of people realize.
Many boaters have no clue as to who has the right of way in a given situation. Just look at all the people pulling tubers and skiers. They think they have the right of way no matter what.
