At some point the owners of the mini-golf on Rt. 4 in Chichester had made an offer and the Baysider reported something about them coming before the ZBA. I didn't read anything about tearing the place down though. Maybe the state should step in and do something about widening the corner or better signage. Out-of-towners find "busy corner" very confusing.
