Wednesday January 2, (hey - that's tomorrow-well well well & my my), is the scheduled floor day f

r HB-847. I don't really know what a 'floor date' is, but assume that's when the House Transportation Committee makes its' recommendation on HB-847, the 45day/25night, statewide, motorboat speed limit bill, to the 400 member house. The committee has something like 16 members and maybe 12 or so will actually show up on Wednesday.
I have no idea what I'm talking about....it's like 4:30am......but it.... hey..... everyone.....it's ttttTIME to SSSTART your engine, or paddle that kayak, or row that rowing shell, or set your sail, or jump in and start swimming on another year of speed limits battles......bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz............ss sssssssss.....whhhhoooosssshhhh......stroke....... feather.....stroke........feather......stroke!! ...let's steer Winni away from the crazy weekend nuthouse of gargantuan hi-speed enthusiasts in their souped up behemouth, gas guzzln mega-machines , and steer it towards a safe place for paddlers, rowers, sailors, fisherman, waterskiers, swimmers, and motorboaters, too! I am a motorboater, too!
And now don't forget this, going 45mph in a boat is hardly a slow speed! 45mph is indeed, a very fast speed!
