Pledge have some silicone in it which tends to temporarily fill scuffs, but the bad news is that it also contains a solvent that removes the plasticizer from the plastic. Plasticizers are what make the eisinglass flexible; without it the panel would be very stiff. Continued use of Pledge shortens the life of the enclosure.
Continued use also gives you a thin build up on the eisinglass surface that turns tan or brown in exposure to hot sun. You'll see it first around the sewn edges near the bottom where the enclosure is exposed to the sun.
I use IMAR Strataglass Protective Cleaner (#301) and IMAR Strataglass Protective Polish (#302). I use the polish every month or so to remove any scratches and the Cleaner on a regular basis. Mothers and Meguiars also have polish and cleaners for use on plastic. I've used Mother's and it works well also. Thumbs up on Plexus too. Bottom line is I would only use something specifically designed for eisinglass or strataglass.
