Only place I see these gawd awful neon flashing signs and the new video signage is in - yes indeed DING DING DING --- NH!! 
Your kidding again right?Only in NH?Have you never been on Rt 1 in Saugus?Maybe living in the border town of Haverhill you spend most of your time in NH.
Anyway - I have yet to see these signs that folks in NH are complaining about in MASS.
