Color me ignorant and naive, but *19* deaths? In one year? That sounds a bit extreme. If there had been that many, don't you think Dan Rather or tom Brokaw or some such talking head would've made passing mention of it on a national scale? I mean, that's a whole lot of people dying! Sounds more than a bit inflated...
